How long does a haircut, coloring, or hair treatment appointment take?
The duration depends on the service. A haircut typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Coloring usually takes between 1.5 to 2 hours, and hair treatments (like deep hydration or keratin) can take from 1 to 3 hours. We always recommend setting aside enough time based on your desired service.
What’s the difference between permanent color, semi-permanent color, and balayage?
Permanent color changes the hair color long-term and requires touch-ups as the hair grows. Semi-permanent fades gradually with washes (lasts around 4 to 6 weeks). Balayage is a coloring technique that creates a natural, blended gradient effect and requires less maintenance.

Should I come with clean hair, or do you wash it before the service?
It’s not necessary to come with freshly washed hair. Most of our services include a wash before starting the haircut, color, or treatment.
How often should I get a haircut or retouch my color?
We recommend getting a haircut every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain the style and hair health. For color, a touch-up is usually needed every 4 to 6 weeks depending on root growth and the technique applied.
