Appointments and Payments
You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information. Please review appointment details carefully. Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, refund, or no-show policy shown during booking or communicated by Queen Ana forms part of the agreement for that appointment.
Payments are processed through approved payment providers. Queen Ana does not store full payment-card details unless expressly stated during checkout.
